Roy W. Freeman Jr. is an American multi-millionaire businessman, entrepreneur, investor, trader, philanthropist, retired U.S. Army Staff Sergeant, and devoted family man from Smithdale, Mississippi. He is the Founder and Executive Chairman of ARFFO LLC (the Freeman family office) and The Roy Freeman Company.

Roy joined the U.S. Army at age 17—prior to graduating high school with honors as a Lindy Callahan Scholar Athlete Nominee and being inducted into the Hall of Fame—and went on to achieve a net worth of over US$1 million by age 32.

As of February 2026, Roy, with an estimated net worth of around US$5 million, is well within the top 1.6% wealthiest people in the world, according to UBS Global Wealth Report 2025. He is a high net worth individual (HNWI) and mid-tier millionaire within the top 10.2% of the wealthiest people in the United States, according to Capgemini’s World Report Series 2025, Wealth Management (p. 18).

He retired from the military in 2018 after two tours in Iraq, where he led teams and served under fire as an infantry combat medic, senior IT non-commissioned officer (NCO), and operations NCO. These experiences honed his discipline, strategic thinking, and leadership skills, which continue to drive his business success today.

Roy is the recipient of the coveted Combat Medical Badge (CMB), Army Commendation Medal, four Army Achievement Medals, and multiple other military awards and decorations. Launching his first venture in 2007 amid his military service, Roy founded Flamsal Group LLC (formerly known as Dixy Co. LLC) in 2019, a diversified professional services network and the foundation on which the Freeman business empire was built, which laid the groundwork for The Roy Freeman Company.

In January 2026, Roy expanded Flamsal Registered Agent LLC, a subsidiary of Flamsal Group LLC, offering its company filing and registered agent services nationwide to all 50 states, DC, and Puerto Rico. He also entered into the mail scanning service market offering clients a physical mailing address in 21 states.

With almost two decades (nearly 20 years) of business experience, Roy established the Freeman family office, ARFFO LLC, in Wyoming with foreign qualification in Mississippi in February 2026, along with Freeman PFTC LLC, a Wyoming private family trust company to serve as trustee to family trusts, and Freeman HoldCo LLC to manage family governance.

• Jackson, Mississippi at the Lamar Life Building (directly across from the Mississippi Governor’s Mansion);
• Mobile, Alabama at the RSA Battle House Tower (the tallest building in Alabama);
• New Orleans, Louisiana at the DXC Technology Center (directly across from Caesars Super Dome, home of his beloved Saints);
• Miami, Florida at the Wells Fargo Center (located just north of the Brickell Financial District);
• Phoenix, Arizona at Esplanade III; and
• Las Vegas, Nevada at 101 Convention Center Plaza (very close to the Las Vegas Strip and right next door to the Las Vegas Convention Center).

As a successful business owner, Roy actively gives back through philanthropy (ARFFO Impact), particularly supporting the many foundations and non-profits he founded, including supporting high school bands and various education activities and athletics.

In his commitment to shaping a better future, Roy has founded multiple public policy think tanks and political action committees (PACs), channeling his strategic expertise from military service and entrepreneurship into advocacy for ethical governance, economic innovation, and community resilience. These initiatives, established to empower grassroots movements and foster informed policy dialogue, reflect Roy’s dedication to turning vision into actionable change for generations to come.

Building on his education from West Lincoln High School, Copiah-Lincoln Community College, multiple military schools, Jones College, and The University of Alabama, Roy is pursuing an Associate of Science in Business from Columbia Southern University (anticipated graduation in October 2026) as the foundation for advanced degrees, including a:

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Finance,
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, and
• Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Business Management, reflecting his commitment to lifelong learning.

Roy is a member of and donor to The University of Alabama National Alumni Association and soon to be member of the CSU Alumni Association. He is also a notary public (a commission appointed by the Governor of Mississippi) through Flamsal Notary LLC.

Married to Ashley Freeman and father to four sons (Trace, Jon, Kade, and Sam), Roy maintains a balanced routine that prioritizes productivity, physical health through cardio and weightlifting, and quality family time, all while cheering on his beloved Alabama Crimson Tide and New Orleans Saints.
